When I started pumping iron at the age of 14, my arms were 14 inches. At 15 years of age, my arms were 15 inches. At 16 years old, my arms were 16 inches. At 17 years old my arms were 17 inches. There for a while, it seemed as though the inch measurements on my arms marched along in time with my age in years. By the time I was 19 years old, my arms were 18.5 inches. It took 5 more years to hit a hair over 20 inches at a weight of 253lbs. I feel like I wasted 5 years of my life. Yes, it took 5 years of experimentation to discover the truth! I wasted so many years doing the same thing over and over, doing a new exercise, getting a quick spurt of growth, but never really getting anywhere. There’s a good quote out there that says: “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting a different result”. While I don’t think that’s literally true for most people, it should make us all stop and think. If I had known at 19, what I knew at 25, and if I had known at 25, what I know now, I think I could’ve had 22 inch arms while I was still young enough to do it, perhaps before being 30 years old. Ah well, you know what they say: “hindsight is 20/20 vision”! But there is hope for all you out there who are aspiring  to GET BRUTALLY HUGE.  The fact of the matter is, none of you has to waste all that precious time like I did.  However, you need the information contained in my books to avoid spinning your wheels in the bodybuilding sands of non progress. To the best of my knowledge, there is nothing out there, like the information contained in my books. You certainly will not find this kind of thinking in the mainstream magazines! Time is ticking away! You and I both are not getting any younger. Act now before you waste 5 more years or worse yet, quite from frustration.
