If you’re “determined” to do 20 sets per bodypart, as the “champs” tell you, then you better rest each bodypart for 2-3 weeks to recover from the onslaught of overtraining. Thats not a typo folks! They take so many drugs. They can do everything wrong and grow. When are you going to realize that? Best thing you could do is tear up your muscle mags and learn to recuperate intelligently. Do you want to be small forever? Remember, the less you train the more you gain.
