INCREASING YOUR TESTOSTERONE NATURALLY-PART 2

I must apologize, but, after the fact, I realized I forgot 2 very important other facts that can hurt natural testosterone. (1) Try like heck to avoid drinking out of plastic bottles that contain BPA (Bisphenol A). You can do your own research, but suffice it to say, it has been proven to destroy testosterone. One study I read even suggested that “normal” men, and we are not even talking lifters, just aren’t as virile and manly as men back 50 years ago. The article pointed out manly looking men like Clint Walker, Ernest Borgnine, and John Wayne as examples contrasting men then with men today. The study went on to suggest that all this plastic containing BPA is destroying testosterone, making men less masculine, with drooping narrow shoulders, breasts, and pear shaped butts.  Some plastics can also attack your thyroid. If you must use plastic bottles, use one made with PET and/or a number 1 imprinted on it. Plastic with numbers 2,4,5 are okay. Avoid plastic containers with numbers 3,6, and 7. Better yet, use real glass cups at home, and stainless steel bottles (thermos) for water, coffee, etc. Also, Camelbak bottles are good as they are rated “1”. As bodybuilders, preserving every bit of natural hormone counts. (2) Don’t smoke marijuana. Unless you have a prescription for medical use, it’s illegal anyway! But what’s important to us, is that scientific literature shows that smoking marijuana, even once, can dramatically lower testosterone. If you do it on a regular basis, it can lower your “T” to severely low levels. Growing is hard enough unless you know what I know. Be Safe and Healthy, and GET BRUTALLY HUGE!
