The harder you train the more you gain! Have you ever done a set of curls until you threw up? That’s intensity! That’s how you get Huge! Doing a set until you come out somewhere on the other side of the pain zone is key! 20 wimp sets wont substitute for the required intensity and 20 hard sets, if you could do that, will make you shrink! You’ll never get HUGE that way!!!! Train right , or dont train!!!! Anything less is a waste of time.
