Are your forearms small and not growing the way you’d like? I’ve got something for you that’ll thicken them up, make your grip and hands stronger, and stretch out your back. Do 2 sets of hanging from a bar. For the first set use your bodyweight only and work up to 30 seconds. On the second set use a dipping belt to attach extra weight.  I personally attach two or three 45 lb plates and do 30 seconds. By the way , stop all the wrist curls. You wont need them. Doing them and hanging will overtrain your forearms! Give this wonderful variation on forearm training a try. Get Brutally Huge my friends!!!
